Runway alternatives
Consider an alternative to Runway if about 52 seconds of Gen-4.5 a month on the Standard plan is not enough, if you want clips with native sound from the generator's own model, or if you want cheaper seconds. By our calculation Kling 3.0 makes 1080p clips with sound for about 16 cents a second on its Standard plan, Veo 3.1 Fast costs about 5 cents a second for 8-second clips through a Google AI Pro plan, MiniMax H3 makes clips with sound for about 7 cents a second at 768p on Hailuo AI's Standard plan, Luma's silent Ray3.2 costs about 6 cents a second at 720p on Luma AI's Plus plan, and Higgsfield, OpenArt and Luma AI put several of these models on one bill.
Our Runway review has the details and our Runway pricing page lists every plan.
