The numbers behind the directory and the cost calculator are free to download and reuse, in a spreadsheet, an article or your own tool. Credit toolist.ai and link to the page you used.

AI tool prices: tools.csv · tools.json. One row per tool (35 tools): its category, free plan, cheapest paid plan, calculated price per unit and the day we checked its prices, between October 6, 2026 and October 9, 2026.
AI tool plans: plans.csv. One row per plan of a researched tool (139 plans): its monthly and yearly price, what it includes and its monthly allowance, checked on the same days.

How to credit it

Name toolist.ai and link to the page the numbers come from. For example:

License

The data in these files (prices, plans, allowances, shares and counts) is licensed under CC BY 4.0: you may copy, change and publish it, also commercially, if you credit toolist.ai with a link. The written text of our reviews, comparisons and guides is not covered; quote it only as you would quote any article.

What the numbers are

Prices are what each vendor published on its pricing page on the day in prices_checked, in US dollars a month. We re-check them every week and record each change in the tool's price history. Check the vendor's page before you buy.
A price per unit is our calculation: a plan's monthly price divided by the allowance the vendor states, assuming you use all of it. It is not a measured cost.

The columns in each file

tools.csv: tool (our id; the page is /tools/<tool>), researched (no: listed, prices not checked yet), free_plan, cheapest_paid_plan, cheapest_paid_usd_month with its billing, price_per_unit_usd and its unit, prices_checked, last_price_change.
plans.csv: usd_monthly (billed monthly), usd_yearly_per_month (billed yearly, per month), allowance_a_month in unit; empty when the vendor does not sell the plan that way or states no allowance.
