How we ask the assistants
- We write the questions a buyer in your category would ask, such as "What is the best AI tool for turning a podcast into short clips?", and add up to 5 of yours.
- We ask each assistant through its provider's programming interface, with web search on and no chat history. Your report names the model behind each assistant.
- Answers change from one run to the next, and can differ from what a person sees in the apps. That is why we count mentions across 25 questions instead of judging one answer.
- We record every tool each answer names, in order, and every web page it cites.
Our rules
- You cannot buy a verdict. A paid listing follows the same research rules as every other page: we check your prices against your pricing page and write what our sources say, including the drawbacks.
- A paid listing says "Paid listing" at the top of the page, and links to your site carry
rel="sponsored". See our disclosure. - We cannot promise that an assistant will recommend you or that a directory will accept you. We report what the assistants say and submit where you qualify.
- If we miss a delivery time, ask and we refund you in full.
