Creatify review: pricing, features and what testers found

Creatify turns a product link or a script into short video ads presented by AI avatars, with tools to clone, launch and track ads on Meta and TikTok. It has a free plan; paid plans start at $15 a month ($12 billed yearly) for 55 credits, at most 2.75 minutes of avatar video.

Our take

Creatify suits e-commerce and performance marketers who want many short avatar ads made from a product link, rather than polished presenter videos. Digital Karthik's Karthik M found its avatars good enough for UGC-style ads but HeyGen's more lifelike, and saw rough lip-sync in previews that was clean in the final render. By the minute it is costly: Standard is $15 a month for 55 credits, at most 2.75 minutes of avatar video at 5 credits per 15 seconds, Pro is $55 for at most 14 minutes and Business $195 for at most 75. Payments are non-refundable, so try the free plan's 10 credits first.

Based on Creatify's published plans and the hands-on tests linked below, not on a test of our own.

Good for

  • E-commerce and app marketers who need many short ad variations to test on Meta and TikTok
  • Small teams that want ad creation, launching and competitor research in one tool

Watch out for

  • Payments are final and non-refundable except where the law requires; cancelling only stops the next renewal, and the plan and its credits last to the end of the billing period.
  • Avatar Video and Video Ad charge 5 credits per 15 seconds, with each video rounded up to the next 15 seconds. Manual edits are free, but AI revisions cost 3 credits per 15 seconds, free on Pro and up only if the script, avatar and voice stay the same.
  • Ad Flow uses more credits than the other tools and its cost is known only once a generation finishes, with no way to stop one midway; Ad Agent's cost also depends on what you ask for.
  • Unused credits last two months, and free-plan credits do not carry over to a paid plan.
  • Creatify replaced its plans in October 2026: Starter ($39 a month for 100 credits) and the Pro credit tiers from $99 are gone, so reviews quoting them describe the old plans. Seats changed too: Pro now includes 1 seat, Max 3 and Business 10.
  • The terms give Creatify a perpetual licence to the prompts and images you upload and the videos made from them, to run, promote and improve the service; your videos may not be used to train AI.

What hands-on testers found

We have not tested Creatify ourselves. These are the published tests we found that used it hands-on, newest first; follow the links for the full reviews.

Digital Karthik · Karthik M · August 21, 2026

What they tested: Head-to-head with HeyGen on avatar realism, voice, ease of use, pricing and ad production.

  • HeyGen's avatars and voices were more lifelike; Creatify's were good enough for UGC-style ads.
  • Creatify suggested a matching voice for each avatar, which sped up making variations.
  • Its dashboard felt crowded beyond the core workflows, and retries during heavy testing burned credits.

Digital Karthik · Karthik M · April 12, 2026

What they tested: Video ads from a product URL, an avatar video from his own script, image ads, Ad Clone and the asset generator.

  • From a product link it pulled in product details, images and suggested audiences, then offered several scripts.
  • Lip-sync in the preview was off, but the final render looked clean.
  • His public-avatar video came out with a surprisingly natural delivery.
  • Credits ran out quickly with heavy testing, and the many options up front could slow beginners.

Their score: 4.3 out of 5
